Mainstreaming of poor:
Formation of Mahila Mandal (Family SHGs) and Yuva Sangh (Youth Club): Mahila Mandal and Yuva Sangh will be formed at village/ level. They will have their regular meeting and plan their course of action.

Mobilising government schemes and programmes:
Mainstreaming of socially & economically excluded person or community will be done by mobilising relevant schemes and programmes. Main focus will be on BRGF, SGRY, Indira awas, PMRY, Old Age Pension, Antodaya Scheme, Public distribution System, Janani Suraksha yojna, Bank linkages, etc. It is proposed for a people’ committee at Panchayat and Block level to facilitate the filing of RTI application and keep watch on migration and NREGA activities.

Establishment of information cum helpline centre:
Due to lack of information and timely help rural families are deprive of their entitlement and in many cases due timely refer medical aid women and children loss their life. It is proposed for a centre in each Panchayt Having a phone connection, address & phone number of private taxi owner, hospitals, all government staff and offices keeping detail information about progressive act, welfare schemes and programmes including procedure and application form. This also could use as library and reading room for villagers.

Convergence meeting with District/Block/Govt. Department:
Convergence meeting will be organised to bridge the gap between the service providing department and the community. It will provide opportunities for the followings:

Promotion of Self Supporting Cooperative / Micro Finance Institution: To safeguard the interest of poor and marginalized persons in this market economy Self Supporting Cooperative or Micro Finance Institution will be promoted keeping in view the interest, capacity and need of the masses. Here we are proposing initial rolling expenses and a matching grant.

Demonstration of Livelihood options: There are lots of options for livelihood. Here we would like to demonstrate 7 to 10 options suitable and feasible on local situation, capability, existing knowledge and market. Some examples of farm and non farm activities are Poultry / Duck, Pig rearing, Vermi compost, Green house for sapling development, Vegetable cultivation with drip irrigation, Scientific Lac cultivation, aquaculture, etc. This will help to cross individual family to Poverty line.

Lobbing & Advocacy: This will be done to ensure the active participation of the masses is formation of pro poor policies and proper implementation of government’s social and welfare schemes and policies activities like Dharna, Demonstration, Rally, Public meetings, postcard, memorandum and signature campaign will be organised.

Capacity Building: Here are proposing two different level of training for the staff and target communities as well as CBOs
